Train. Fight. Win. provides a fun, safe, yet challenging environment for anyone and everyone from all walks of life. Our classes are educational and provide an alternative way to workout from a typical big box gym. TFW is a small local business who prides itself on customer service and makes an effort to offer a welcoming atmosphere so that each member feels important. When you join Train. Fight. Win. you are not simply joining any gym, you are joining a tribe of warriors and a family. Whether you become a warrior in the ring or in your daily life, we can help you become stronger physically AND mentally. We know that each person has different goals. Bang Muay Thai Affiliate

Duane “Bang” Ludwig, is the coach behind UFC Bantamweight Champion TJ Dillashaw and is one of the most respected names in mixed martial arts. His system of Muay Thai brought TJ Dillashaw from Ultimate Fighter Finalist to Bantamweight Champion. We proudly teach Duane’s Bang Muay Thai system at Train Fight Win.
