Sky Rudloe,
Co-Owner,
BMT Black Belt 

Sky started training in mixed martial arts (MMA) in 2003, and by 2005 he began competing in grappling. He has won competitions in Florida, Georgia, Colorado, North Carolina, and South Carolina. In 2005 Sky began competing in MMA and then went pro in 2008. Sky started coaching grappling classes in 2007 and has been a head coach at two MMA schools before opening Train. Fight. Win. In 2012 Sky and Alissa opened Train. Fight. Win. Tallahassee. Sky has been lucky enough to share the mats at some of the most recognized MMA schools in the United States including Ludwig MMA, Xtreme Couture, Eastons MMA, High Altitude Training Center, Factory X, Upstate Karate, Fusion Xcel, The Jungle MMA, and has trained alongside many legends of the sport. Sky currently trains under MMA legend and 3x UFC coach of the year Duane “Bang” Ludwig. In the Summer of 2024 he became Sensi Ludwig’s 28th black belt in the Bang Muay Thai (BMT) system and earned the title of Sensei. Sky’s favorite thing about coaching is providing the opportunity to learn martial arts and passing on the life affirming lessons to others. Coach Sky is the owner, head MMA and muay thai kickboxing coach at TFW.

Harrison Pfeiffer,
No-gi grappling Black Belt

Harrison’s journey in martial arts began in karate at +12 years old with Yoichi Kozuma. Over the last 35 years he has trained in various styles of martial arts. Harrison has earned black belts in Kazuma Kai karate, Yoshinkan Aikido, and no-gi jiu jitsu. His love is grappling and he has trained in the sport for 25 years. Harrison is the OG of MMA in Tallahassee and was the co-owner of Tallahassee’s first MMA academy and Alissa and Sky remember some of their first grappling classes with Coach Harrison. Harison loves being able to share proficiency in the art that he loves with others and seeing the changes that come from sharing it. Coach Harrison teaches grappling at TFW.

Eric Johnson

Eric Johnson has been with TFW since its inception in 2012 but his athletic career began in college as a Division 1 wrestler at Western Illinois University. Coach Eric has had a long career in strength and conditioning and has worked with many athletes including FSU football, men’s basketball, softball, women’s tennis, men’s golf, cheerleading and the ‘Golden Girls’ (FSU dance team). He began working with MMA competitors at the amateur and pro level in 2008 and takes pride in getting fighters’ conditioning ready for the cage. Eric is an avid competitor in hybrid fitness/OCR events and has competed in Spartan races for over 7 years. He is a 3x DekaFit World champion qualifier, earned 1st place in the Tallahassee beer mile championship in 2024 and frequently competes in Savage and Hyrox competitions. Eric is known for his ability to whip humans and canines into shape as he can be frequently seen around town running dogs; and keeps the doggos at TFW well conditioned. Coach Eric is the conditioning coach at TFW.

Dallas Gibson

Dallas started training jiujitsu at the age of 14 and trained until he left for the marine corp at 18. When he returned from the military he started training jiu-tjitsu  again, and then in 2015 he began Muay Thai and MMA. In 2016 he competed in his first amateur MMA bout. Since then he has had several grappling tournaments, amateur MMA, and kickboxing fights, and in 2025 he went pro. In 2024 Dallas became a paramedic and currently works as one locally in Tallahassee. Dallas can be seen helping corner fighters in the ring using his skills as a paramedic and many years in the sport. Dallas’s favorite thing about coaching is watching the lightbulb in people’s minds as they finally understand a movement or technique. Dallas coaches muay thai kickboxing and MMA.

Ryan alexander

Ryan is a native of Tallahassee Florida and studying retail entrepreneurship at FSU. He came into the gym with his dad wanting to try something new and martial arts was always something he was interested in. After training muay thai for 4 years he decided to compete in his first kickboxing match. He has now been training for 7 years, and his favorite thing about coaching is helping people learn something new and get better. Ryan is an assistant muay thai kickboxing coach.

Alissa Rudloe, Co-Owner, PT, DPT 

Alissa began training in martial arts in 2003 with Shaolin Kung fu and Kali, Filipino martial arts. This sparked her love for martial arts and she then began training jiu-jitsu and MMA. She became a fitness coach in 2009 and has since been coaching kickboxing, HIIT style workouts, and weightlifting. Over the years she has competed in various martial arts and fitness competitions including marathons, submission grappling, kickboxing, MMA, and DekaFits (DekaStrong and Dekamile). In 2012, Alissa and Sky opened Train. Fight. Win. Tallahassee. In 2022 she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. Currently, she works as a neuro PT at a rehab hospital and assists athletes with rehab at the gym. With her years of experience in fitness and as a PT, she believes it is important to train for longevity and implements a weightlifting program designed for functional strength with this in mind. She holds the title of DekaStrong champion in Tallahassee and her favorite thing about coaching is motivating and seeing members achieve their goals. Coach Alissa teaches muay thai kickboxing, weightlifting, and conditioning at TFW.

Josh Lindsey

Josh began his martial arts/fitness journey around 2011 at 26 years old and weighing in at 300 lbs. At that time he began with fitness and grappling classes with the goal to lose weight and learn self-defense. After training consistently for 2 years he competed in his first amateur MMA fight at 185 lbs and won via 1st round RNC. Since then, he has competed in multiple kickboxing, submission grappling, and MMA bouts. Although he enjoys competition, his main focus is teaching kids. “I truly believe MMA is one of the best vehicles for not only self-defense, but for self-improvement. The more you know, the more you realize you don’t know. I believe kids need goals, tasks, structure, discipline, rewards, and consequences, and martial arts has that.” Coach Josh teaches the youth/kids classes and muay thai kickboxing.

Christa Salerno

In January of 2016 Christa was in search of a more structured workout and decided to try something new. She came to TFW Tallahassee and was instantly sold because Eina (corgi) greeted her at the door on her second day as a student. Christa is a native of Pittsburgh, PA and was an NCAA Division I swimmer and team captain at the University of Toledo. She was inducted into the Fox Chapel Area Athletics Hall of Fame for her accomplishments in the pool. Her competitive and athletic nature make her a perfect fit for martial arts and has driven her to achieve her purple belt in Bang Muay Thai in the Summer of 2023. Aside from coaching, Christa works in public relations for Florida State Athletics. Her favorite thing about coaching is seeing where the martial arts journey takes people and watching them achieve their goals. Christa coaches muay thai kickboxing and fitness.

Daniel Seinfeld
PT, DPT, ACSM

Daniel has been coaching fitness classes at TFW for the past several years. He completed his ACSM personal trainer certification and in 2022 he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Florida A&M University. Currently he works at an inpatient rehab hospital. Daniel enjoys using best practice to help people get stronger and achieve their fitness goals. 

Franco Urra-Morffiz

Franco was born in Miami and is Cuban-American. He has been training muay thai for 7 years and is an active amateur fighter. He is bilingual and his favorite thing about coaching is passing on knowledge he has gained over the years. H says “I remember those guys that were teaching me the most when I first began training and I enjoy being that guy for others.” Franco is an assistant muay thai kickboxing coach.

Franklin Price

Franklin Price

Franklin competed in MMA and grappling, Division III NCAA and NAIA football, college rugby, indoor wall climbing, and continues to compete in obstacle course races, and fitness competitions. An avid hiker, he’s summited peaks in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Franklin is the author of the book Tallahassee Face Punch: A Fighter’s Journal.

Always looking to learn more about the fight game, he has trained in 22 gyms as far afield as Texas and Connecticut, Moldova and Mongolia, Thailand and Iceland. He organized a humanitarian mission to Iraq, providing a self-defense seminar for women and bringing kickboxing to refugee camps. In addition to coaching MMA, he has coached kickboxing, boxing, and grappling, led a championship grappling team, and corners MMA, Muay Thai, kickboxing, and boxing fights. His fight philosophy is to bring the beginner’s mind into all situations, because if you already know everything, you will learn nothing. His life philosophy is to try to leave the world better than you found it. Franklin coaches Mixed Martial Arts at TFW.
