Alissa began training martial arts about 12 years ago, and while training for her first kickboxing match, she started doing circuit style workouts. Since then she has fallen in love with the ease and fast pace of circuit training and kickboxing. As a fitness coach for the last 9 years and a kickboxing instructor for 7 years, Alissa loves the way she can help others gain the self-confidence that martial arts and strength training has given her. She aims to make her classes fun, but also intense and hopes that when you step into TFW you can forget the worries and stressors of life for at least the hour or two you are training with us. Alissa stays busy working full time for the state of Florida while going back to school, and regularly performs with the Tallahassee Irish Step Dancers.
