Win. is a mixed martial arts (MMA) studio that focuses on Bang Muay Thai, a hybrid fighting system that combines techniques, movements, and strategies used in wrestling, karate, boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai, Thailand’s traditional martial art. Not only has BMT training been widely adopted by amateur and professional MMA fighters, it has also gained popularity as a self-defense program and superior fitness regimen for non-fighters. And we base our claim on “superior” because BMT training provides both aerobic and anaerobic workout benefits that can burn over 1,000 calories per hour.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE AN ELITE ATHLETE
We certainly train and support MMA fighters at Train. Fight. Win., but also offer comprehensive and dynamic fitness programs through our Tallahassee fitness center. Our classes incorporate many of the methods and equipment used by our fighters to prepare for competition. That is, training that helps develop the physical fitness of elite MMA athletes—talk about fit! We tone it down, though, so it doesn’t exceed the capabilities of our non-fighter participants. Toned down, but still providing top-level workouts designed to help you meet your fitness goals.
While more challenging than many fitness programs, our classes are fun and the group-based training confers the proven benefits of boosting motivation, enhancing endurance, and improving performance. Our classes also provide you with valuable self-defense skills and the confidence to use them should you ever find yourself facing a threat where they are needed.
EXPLORE OUR DIFFERENT CLASSES
Our fitness classes are taught by highly experienced trainers who incorporate the techniques and equipment used to prepare our MMA fighters for competition. While most of our courses teach striking and defensive moves, they do not involve person-to-person sparring. Such sparring is an option offered to fitness class participants, and many people who sign up for our classes opt-in for some light sparring as they enhance their fitness and gain confidence.
As you will discover, the practice of striking and defensive movement is a vigorous exercise on its own. This form of exercise is supplemented in many classes using equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, rowers, treadmills, jump ropes, resistant bands, tires, sledgehammers, and battle ropes.

Yep, these exercise tools provide incredible gains in strength, endurance, flexibility, agility, coordination, and explosive power. Trust us, by using this innovative equipment you will feel the burn and see significant results!
Our classes provide an exceptional workout, and we suggest that you try different ones to determine which will best meet your fitness goals. Our classes include:
- Conditioning—designed to increase endurance and strength. This class relies on a wide range of equipment from which your trainer will help you get the most use of.
- Cardio Boxing—a striking-based, fat-shredding fitness class that develops cardio, strength, and endurance.
- Cardio Kickboxing—similar to a cardio boxing workout, but with more emphasis on lower body work.
- HIIT Circuit—this acronym says it all, as HIIT stands for “high-intensity interval training.” HIIT involves alternating short bursts of intense exercise with low-intensity recovery periods, providing maximal fitness benefits in minimal time.
- MMA Fitness—As with HIIT, the name suggests the type of class, with “mixed martial arts” fitness telling you that this is an intense workout class. It is designed to get you in fighting shape (even if you’re not looking for a fight). MMA Fitness teaches kickboxing and self-defense techniques that will move your body in ways that help boost all elements of your fitness level.
